RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. If you would like to process a refund or return for your purchase, and the conditions of our return policy are met, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

When shipping returns, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase (printed order receipt or order confirmation), and mail your return to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also request a prepaid shipping label. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $9.89 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds or Exchanges may only be processed under the following conditions:
Product arrived damaged or in unusable condition.
Product is defective.
Product has not been opened or used.
Wrong items arrived in order.
Product was not delivered within 15 days of purchase (contiguous 48 State only).
Refunds or Exchanges may NOT be processed for the following reasons:
Order was placed by mistake.
I changed my mind.
I bought a different product from another company instead.
I no longer need this product.
Product did not meet my expectations.
Limit to 2 exchanges MAX per purchase.

Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges must be processed on the same platform as purchase. (ie. If purchase is placed through Amazon, Walmart.com, dental offices, you must process requests directly with them.)
