Liquid Crystal Soak Cleanser was designed not to damage or discolor the material of oral appliances like acrylic, nylon, zirconium and other plastics and metals. When it comes to fabrics, there could be some slight oxidation that occurs depending on the material and the amount of time of contact.

There is no sodium hypochlorite (bleach), chlorine or other harsh chemicals, there is a concentrated form of citric acid which can sometimes affect clothing.

That is why we caution against direct contact with fabric, skin, and anything else except the water for the solution. If any spills occur, a paper towel will safely do the job at cleaning up.

It is okay if you soak overnight sometimes, but we do not recommend soaking overnight in the Liquid Crystal Soak Cleanser nightly and never overnight if you have a soft liner.
