Order Changes & Cancellations Policy (2-Hour Window)
We work fast to get your order packed and shipped. Because of this, all requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.
1) 2-Hour Change/Cancellation Window
You may request an order change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be in processing or shipped and we cannot guarantee we can make changes.

3) What Changes We Can Usually Accommodate (Within 2 Hours)
If your order has not entered shipping/fulfillment, we can typically help with:

Canceling the order
-
Correcting a shipping address (typos, apartment/unit number, etc.)

Updating contact info
-
Adjusting quantities
-
Swapping items/variants (when inventory allows)
4) When Changes/Cancellations May Not Be Possible
Even within 2 hours, we may not be able to change/cancel if:

The order has already been processed, packed, or shipped

The order includes items that are final sale (if applicable)

The order has been placed through a third-party checkout or marketplace with separate rules (if applicable)
5) Shipping Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is submitted and the 2-hour window has passed, we may be unable to update it before shipment.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can reship it once it’s returned, but additional shipping charges may apply.
6) If Your Order Ships Before We Can Update It
If your order ships before we can process your request, you can still:

Use the carrier tracking link to monitor delivery

Contact the carrier to request delivery changes (where supported)
Once delivered, you may be eligible for a return under our Return/Refund Policy.
7) Refund Timing for Cancellations
If we successfully cancel your order, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks process refunds within 3–10 business days, depending on your provider.
8) Policy for Other Purchase Options
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
